* All new athletes to Private Training are required to go through

a Private Assessment Session (which is a one-time fee of $175).

After the Private Assessment Session is complete,

we offer Session Packages of 5 or Single Sessions.

* Session Packages cannot be shares with

athletes outside of their household.

* ATHLETES IN NO DAYS OFF PROGRAM

WILL NOT NEED FIRST PRIVATE ASSESSMENT SESSION!!
